Privacy Policy

Last updated: 26 September 2026

This policy explains what information Pest Control VR (the game) uses, why, and what you can do about it. We kept it short and plain. If anything is unclear, email privacy@pestcontrolvr.com.

1. Who we are

Pest Control VR is made by VOUCH SARLAU, a company registered in Morocco. VOUCH SARLAU decides how your information is used (it is the data controller). You can reach us at privacy@pestcontrolvr.com.

2. What we collect and why

We use this information only to run the game: to sign you in, keep your name, and let you play with others.

3. Sent live to other players, never recorded

During a match, your voice and the movement of your head and hands are sent live, through Photon, to the other players in the same match, so they can hear you and see your character move (except players aged 10 to 12, whose voice is never sent; see section 4). We do not record or keep them.

4. Children

On Meta Quest, players aged 10 to 12 get child protections:

If the game cannot read a player's age group, it applies these protections until it can. Any future purchases go through the platform and its parental controls. On Steam, players must be 13 or older. A parent or guardian can ask us to delete their child's data at any time (see section 8).

5. What we do not do

6. Service providers and where your data goes

This means your data can be processed outside your country, including outside Morocco. We share it only with these providers, and only so the game can work.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your display name and player ID for as long as your profile exists, and delete them when you ask. Live voice and movement are not kept at all.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Emailprivacy@pestcontrolvr.com and tell us which platform you play on and your display name; we may ask for details that show the profile is yours. We answer within 30 days. Parents and guardians can make these requests for their children.

You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Morocco, the CNDP (Commission nationale de contrôle de la protection des données à caractère personnel); in the European Union or the United Kingdom, your local data protection authority.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
